Palate: Rich and powerful with long persistence,
finishing on fruity note.
Ageing: Barrel fermented and aged on lees.
Food Pairings: Pairs well with seafood,
river fish, as well as poultry and other white
meats, coastal Indian cuisine, goat and blue
cheese, tarts and fruit desserts.
Serving Temperature: Serve chilled at 8 -10°C.
