juice. Fermentation with controlled temperature
followed by a light aging on oak.
Ruby color with garnet tones. Fruity aroma
(cherry and raspberry) and spices.
Mouth senses reveal a young and pleasant
freshness, sweat and gentle tannins, resulting in
a pleasant and soft finish.
Vinha do General is recommended to be served
at 16ºC and consumed at 18ºC.
