This Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG Riserva is an exquisite Italian red wine. It is produced from hand harvested grapes with carbonic maceration for two-three days at a temperature of 10-12°C, inoculation of local yeasts using a "pied de cuve" or "fermentation starter" and fermentation in wooden vats. The maceration period with the skin on the grapes must lasts for 30-35 days.
