Installation

⚠️ Disconnect power at the source before installation. Mains work must be done by a licensed electrician.

1. Remove the old socket and disconnect the original wires. Expose about 5mm of bare copper for connection.
2. Insert a small flat-head screwdriver into the frame notch and gently pry off the faceplate.
3. Connect the wires to the socket terminals according to the wiring diagram.
4. Ground the unit according to local regulations/codes. Missing ground wire = unsafe installation / risk of injury.
5. Secure the socket firmly to the back box.
6. Turn the RCD / circuit breaker back on.
7. Press the socket power button 2–3 times to test. The LED turns on/off.
8. Plug in your device.
9. Press the socket power button and power on the device.
10. Download the Yoswit App — the socket is automatically detected and added to your device list.
