Description:

• Carried out at  the production when a defined minimum quantity(e.g.20%) has been manufactured to ensure that products will come up to the specifications agreed. On the inspection site advice may be given to the manufacturer in order to maintain the quality level throughout the whole production-run.

General Checking Points:

• Factory In-line quality inspections (IPQC) planned and executed
• Defect recording system and QC records of the factory
• Quality checks during the production
• Randomly inspection on small scale of finished products
