Toys and children’s products manufacturers, distributors, retailers and importers are responsible for compliance and managing the risks associated with their chemical uses under the Annex XVII of REACH directive which contains the list of restrictions on certain hazardous substances, mixtures and articles for their marketing and use on the European market.
