Paradigm Corporation was set up by a group of Logistics IT professionals in HK in 1998. Its first products FM2000 has been a great success and it is still being used by a lot of freight forwarders in HK. With the change of logistics structure in HK, Paradigm sees the need for regional collaborations among forwarders and its stations. FM3000 is then developed as a web based corporate freight system. It enables Hub Consolidation, Cross Station EDI and Coloader Consolidation process in the system automatically where those are breakthroughs to the current practice. Paradigm's technical team keeps on developing products that will enhance the value of the whole supply chain. iWMS - Warehouse Management System or iPOM - Purchase Order Management System are then developed to meet the increasing demands of shippers and consignees. Freight forwarding business becomes more complicated and iCRM is then developing to manage the sales team of the forwarders and allow them to improve the service from data. Paradigm has over two decades of experience in system implementation. Its customer covers SME and international freight forwarders. Its installation ranges from HK, China and Taiwan to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Japan and even US and Europe.
