JF Hillebrand has developed a multi purpose, cost-effective way of improving protection, the VinLiner, designed entirely for the wine and spirits market. VinLiner is a protective liner foil, placed in dry containers. It reduces the effect that thermal shocks, bad smells and humidity infiltration may cause to sensitive cargoes during transit. VinLiner is made from a woven polyethylene fabric. This repellent fabric constitutes between 95 and 97% of the material thickness. It is further insulated by an aluminum metalized coating.
