It is elaborated with Garnacha Tintorera Vineyards of more than 50 years old and a traditional elaboration combined with the last elaboration techniques. This wine makes the malolactic fermentation in brand new French oak casks. The total time in the oak casks is 12 months. This wine is very aromatic which reminds to red berries, aromas of balsamic toasted and roasted, vanilla, smoked marked ends. The tannins are well assembled. The wood and the acidity give a long and persistent roundness.
