- Colour: Dark purple deep core with garnet rim.
- Aroma: Fragrant blueberry, blackberry, red plum and lavender awaken the olfactory senses. Hints of red liquorice and star anise try to rise above the abundant fruit aromas.
- Palate: Seductive blue and black fruits coat the mouth surfaces. Cigar box and spicy oak flavours compliment the dense fruit flavours. The 3% Estate grown Viognier adds highlights and another dimension to the already complex wine.
