Packing

• Each product will be wrapped by bubble bags and with a standard size of opp bag. Extra cost will be added for Vicacci gift box or other specified ways of packing requested by customer. Please contact us for your ideal customized packing.

We provide refund/ exchange for the following situations:
 

1. Refund/ exchange for wrong or missing products
   
   VICACCI can only exchange the same value of other Vicacci’s merchandises. The purchased products can be replaced for new one that may be due to VICACCI, such as when the products do not have the promised essential characteristics or have manufacturing defects or they have been erroneously delivered.
    
2. Full refund/ exchange for product defeats 
   
   Full refund for no product received in our default delivery time. A product can only be exchanged one time upon presentation of sales memo within 7 days of purchase. Shipping cost is for customer’s account. No exchange on merchandise that has been used, damaged or altered. Items sold on sales or special discount are non-exchangeable. In case of disputes, Vicacci reserves the final right of decision.
