30% Pinot Noir
20% Dolcetto d'Alba
10% Freisa
This kind of blend has been invented by our family 6 years ago
Dolcetto and Freisa : no oak
Barbera and Pinot Noir : 1 year in 225 lt. french barriques
Smooth and warm on the palate, big structure
Flowery scents at the nose, expecially violets
Red fruits on the palate, expecially cherry, plum and currant
A complex wine but very easy to drink that matches with many kind of recepies
