- Vinification Fermentation at controlled temperature in both stainless steel and oak tanks, with partial aging in oak barrels.
- Tasting notes Ruby colour. Rich harmonic varietal aroma, with tones of violets, ripe sour cherries, sour-cherry jam, balsamic herbs, leather. Spicy fruity taste, with velvety tannic texture, full body which shows the southern origins of this Pinot Noir, and a long aftertaste marked by a light pepper note of the terroir.
