On the nose the wine exhibits a youthful and fruit-packed character with notes of plums, violets and spices such as peppers and liquorices. In the mouth the wine reveals a very rich body with round tannins that gives structure to the concentrated fruits. The wine serves ideally with flavorful dishes of game, red meat and hard cheeses.
