- Colour: Intense pomegranate colour tending towards garnet with ageing.
- Tasting Notes:Very consistent appearance. Intense and quite ethereal bouquet reminiscent of prunes with hints of vanilla and meadow flowers. Taste is full, warm, complex, very velvety and round. A very rich blend.
- Food match: Strong and complex meditation wine. At table is ideal for red meat dishes. Excellent with game, stew and pot roast.
- Serving Temperature: Uncork in advance and pour in a decanter. Serve at room temperature around 18-20 C°.
