Tasting: dry plums, black currants and cinnamon, silky on the palate, and well balanced by the round tannins and vanilla hints coming from the 18 months ageing in Romanian oak barrels.
To be served with lamb, pork, veal, beef dishes, it goes well even with fried chicken
