All grapes of Barbera come from a simgle vineyard called"Le Rotonde" facing south-east.

Refining : 2 years in 500 lt. french Tonneaux, Allier medium toasted
A very full bodied Barbera with an huge structure, mature cherry at the nose with black fruits on the palate.
Perfect with pasta, risotto with mushrooms, bolognese pasta, braised red meats, fondue with truffles, salami, barbecue, medium seasoned cheese.
Only 5600 bottles produced for this vintage.
