Sourced exclusively from our Black Paw Vineyard, this medium bodied Pinot Noir shows aromas of intense dark fruit notes such as
blackberries, plums and black cherry with a slight earthiness and
a hint of violet. The palate is medium bodied with dry firm tannins
and a lingering finish of smoke and spice.

This wine is a perfect candidate for grilled salmon
on a cedar plank, soft cheeses and grilled pork. Earthy vegetarian
options like barley or lentil dishes would pair nicely as well.
