The Black Top Shiraz 2009 exhibits a deep purple color with aromas of red berries and spices. The wine is complimented with a hint of vanilla from being aged in new and older American oak barrels. The soft tannins are suggesting this wine will improve with age if cellared appropriately. This red wine is best to pair with spicy beef, lamb and your favourite steak.
