Description
This Italian red wine is produced from 100% Cannonau grown in Blasio. It has intense, lingering and vinous aromas on the nose with hints of woodland berries. The full bodied wine pairs well with roasted red meat, game and tangy cheeses.

- Color: garnet with ruby red reflections, tending to orange with ageing.
- Nose: intense and lingering, vinous, with hints of woodland berries.
- Taste: full-bodied and round; soft tannins accompany its good structure.
- Cultivation area: the entire Parteolla area and adjoining zones, with medium-mixture soils consisting of Miocene clay-rich limestone, in medium-height hilly sites, dry climate.
- Production method: stemming and crushing, followed by skin contact maceration at a temperature of 27°C. After devatting, the wine develops for 12 months in medium-sized oak casks. This wine cannot be placed on sale before 2 years from December 1st of the harvest year.
- It can be left another 3-4 years after that date.
- Storage temperature: store in a cool dry place and keeps away from light.
- Serving temperature: 18-20°C.
- Suggested pairing: red meat roasts, game and tangy cheeses.
