Brunello di Montalcino Castello Banfi is made of 100% Sangiovese grapes and has an intense ruby color with garnet reflection. It has a full, soft, velvety and intense taste, with sensations of liquorice, spices and light goudron note. The bouquet is ethereal, wide and light vanilla. The wine is ideal for a long aging and is particularly suited to accompany red meat, game and aged cheeses.
