This Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2007 from RIDOLFI is a live and brilliant garnet colored red wine. It features intense and persistent aromas and is rich in fruity hints of ripe black cherry and wild berry that turn to spicy notes and liquorice. The taste is harmonious and elegant, yet it has strength and character, with think, well-balanced tannins that are never too aggressive. This distinctive red wine goes great with structured dishes of red meats, feather and furred games and it is also enjoyable as a wine for meditation.
