Selected for Qantas First Class International Flights - a huge accolade! Only 64 dozen (cork seal) remaining. Cabernet Sauvignon is a flagship wine for Gralyn Estate - rich, full-bodied and elegant. Dense, dark crimson in colour, perfumed with blackcurrant, violets and cedar. The palate is powerful and intense, layered with cassis, spice and fine seamless tannins. The finish is long and persistent. A small quantity of this mature wine has been re-released as a Museum wine, from the owners' Private Collection. The wine is well balanced and vibrant and will continue to improve with further bottle age.
