The Italian red wine was produced from hand-selected Cabernet Sauvignon in the first decade of October. The grapes are vinified with pre-fermentation for 36 to 48 hours. The wine gives a tangy, fresh mouth with aromas of chocolate and ripe red fruit. The wine is great to go with ripening cheese, game and meat sauces.
