Description
The Casa Donoso D Vintage 2007 is a fine red wine that shows an intense and brilliant red color with delicate violet tinges in the glass. Its aroma remembers ripe black fruit and blackberry, delicate spiciness from pepper and anis, toasted oak and vanilla. In the mouth, it resulted well-balanced and pleasing, with silky tannins, good acidity and a long and elegant finish.
- Aged in toasted French oak barrels for 24 months.
- Grape variety: 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carmenere, 20% Malbec and 10% Cabernet Franc.
- Grapes are all estate grown on sandy clay loam.
- Name of Chateau: La oriental Estate.
- Region: Maule Valley.
