Description
The Soffumbergo wine is made from hand-selected fine Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Refosco grapes. The wine offers a nose ranging from wild blackberries to blackcurrants, raspberries to tobacco, spices to dry fruit. On the palate it comes with overtones of cassis, blueberries and coffee which are supported by a good level of tannins, making it full-bodied, complex and persistent.
