- Subzone: Rioja Alavesa
- Variety:100% Tempranillo
- Aging: After 20 days the wine is racked into new French oak barrels to do the malolactic fermentation takes place. It stays there for 18 months, gaining complexity and roundness.
- Colour: Clear and bright red cherry color.
- Nose: Complex and intense in the nose, with aromas of ripe fruit (prunes and raisins) and the very fine essences of French oak ageing: spices, herbs, tobacco).
- Palate: Powerful palate that evolves overtime. Rounded and smooth tannins.
