This Spanish red wine, made from Tempranillo grapes, presents a deep-red cherry color with mellow ruby undertones. In the nose, it presents primary aromas of plums and blackberries combined with anis, natural liquorice, vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon and balsamic. This displayed red wine pairs well with red meat, cured meat and mature cheeses.
