Description
- Grapes are selected by hand from late September to early October.
- Fermented at a temperature between 25 to 28 degrees.
- Aged for 18 months in barrels and has been bottled for 4 months for further maturation.
- This dry red features an intense ruby red color with hints of violet hues.
- Intense and fine bouquet of cherries and spices.
- Warm, full-bodied and velvety with notes of dried fruits.
- Try it with forerib of beef, a rich lasagne or even a dense dark chocolate torte.
- Keep well for up to 10 years if stored in a cool, dark spot, on its side.
- Serve at a temperature between 16 to 18 degrees for best results.
