Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) serves as a Passenger Information System that makes the live arrival time of transit vehicles available to passengers. Empowering passengers to make better transit decisions and easing the anxiety of waiting, ETA wins the trust of the government of Hong Kong to provide the ETA service to all green minibuses in Hong Kong serving 1.5+ million passengers daily in the urban city.

ETA leverages GIS Analytics (with our own Standardized Road Network), Machine Learning and Cloud System. It is continuously refined to achieve a highly localized GIS System to engine the future Smart City development of Hong Kong.
