The Fitou Mont Tauch 2009 is a rich wine with lots of characters and a unique hint of spice. This modern style is blended from selected Syrah, Grenache and Carignan grapes from the three Fitou villages of Mont Tauch. This French red wine paired well with lamp, beef, cheese and Indian cuisine.
