Hacienda Salzillo Red is our young wine, a tribute to Jumilla’s winemaking tradition and to the first vineyard of Bodegas Salzillo: Hacienda Salzillo. Made from 100% Monastrell grapes, it stands out for its fruity character, freshness, and perfect balance. An authentic, easy-drinking wine that truly captures the spirit of our land.

• AGE: 31 years old vines

• CULTIVATION: trellis irrigation, low production

• HARVEST: early October, daytime manual harvesting

TASTING

Colour Cherry colour, purple tones.

Nose initial sensation of red fruit (plum, blueberry),

juicy and fresh from the grape itself. Elegant floral

nuances, hints of pepper and undergrowth.

Palate wide and luscious, with excellent and sweet

tannins that open up thanks to the fruity notes from

the aroma.
