Heritage Series 2018 Centenarian Old Vine Shiraz, Barossa Valley

Winemaking at Lou Miranda Estate has passed down through three generations of the Miranda family. We are honoured to bring you the Heritage Series, celebrating the generations of vignerons who have come before us, showing tenacity and perseverance with tending vines. Planted on their own root stock, it is our privilege to be custodians of four centenarian old vine blocks which remain on the family Estate vineyards.

Centenarian Old Vine Shiraz comprises fruit from our Church block, planted 1907. Dry grown, hand tended and magnificently aged in American Oak. The complex bouquet and lingering tannins, produce an exceptional wine suitable for drinking now or cellaring for 10-15 years.
