This honey apple vinegar is made with apples grown in Tsugaru, Aomori Prefecture with our unique 'grate and brew' method. The vinegar is matured in wooden barrels and then honey is added. Mix our honey apple vinegar with water, soda water, shochu spirits, whisky or your other favorite beverages to make a refreshing drink.
