Waste Weighting
Weighting can link to incentive packages or points system. IB-120 Smart Bin adopts industrial grading load cell to precisely measure every contribution of waste into it. It is worth mentioning that its weight measurement functions on almost all types of grounds, which gives a super convenience to operators. Range of weight measurement of IB-120 Smart Bin can measure weight from 1g to 150kg with tight tolerance +/- 50g or +/- 1%. 

Level Detection
Level detection is so important to the daily operation of waste collection. The IoT system shall notice operators to prepare waste collection or to collect the waste right away when preset level(s) inside the bin is reached. Hence, our operators are no longer need to keep running around and checking the status of bins all the days, our works can be managed more smartly. 

GPS Tracking
IB-120 Smart Bin is facilitated by both GPS tracker and Bluetooth tracker which gives a real time and comprehensive location tracking. Why location tracking? Location tracking facilitates operators locating the bins scattered in every corner in the city with ease over FMO console or mobile app in their daily operation. In addition, anti-theft is one of the added values. 

Reward Points
Recycling work is no longer merely relied on professional crews, but it needs participations in public everyday. Some people are doing the recycling work actively, and some may be hanging behind. Reward points is always a good encouragement to people to appreciate their support and effort. The IB-120 Smart Bin engages with a backend server to record every recycling contribution, and which can be partnership with 3rd party reward schemes. 

Loyalty Card System
By presenting a loyal NFC card to the IB-120 Smart Bin, the system shall record the contribution of weight and bind the contribution to the card ID. The system is a great waste management tool to facility management office (FMO) for recording waste disposal amount from shops or tenants. By leveraging the system, FMO can set up waste cost sharing scheme and waste reduction motivation scheme. 

Auto e-Lock
The IB-120 Smart Bin equips an electrical lock on the lid to make sure hygienic protection when idle. The electrical lock can be released by scanning the QR code with designated mobile app or presenting a loyal NFC card. The lid of the smart bin shall be temporarily locked when the bin is full of trash, and the system shall notice FMO operator.

Swift Connection
For sake of energy saving, the IB-120 Smart Bin will be in sleep mode when idle. Once approach of user is detected, the approaching sensor wakes up the system, and connect to network seamlessly.

IP67 Waterproof
We understand that no matter how high tech the IB-120 Smart Bin is, it is still a waste collection bin which makes its working environment is harsh and can be very wet. Hence, the IB-120 Smart Bin is delicately engineered and manufactured to be waterproof.
