Description
These Japanese condiments, called furikake, are lightly salted to bring a taste to your rice or onigiri. The ingredients include sea lettuce, seaweed, hijiki seaweed, sesame seeds, shiso leaves, pickles and fish flakes. They are finely prepared according to the old Japanese formulas for the authentic tastes.
