Harvest: by hand in 15 kg plastic boxes.
Aging: Once the wines are obtained  they are aged for 18 months in casks of 225 l of French oak. Once the process is finished  the rammer in bottles takes 6 months.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas of violet and blueberry fruit. Precise palate with flavors of cedar, dried cherry and red currant that are fresh and zesty, velvety fruit. Lively acidity keeps this balanced. The rich finish is filled with hints of spice and cream. Expressive finish.
