Material: 300g coated one side cardboard with moulded EVA inner tray
Printing: 4 process colours with matt lamination
Construction: Lid and bottom box
Remarks: This box is designed for glass photo frame packing, it's heavy enough, so it must be using EVA tray to protect the product.
Otherwise, the outer box should be changed to a rigid box instead of cardboard, but that would too costly and not convenient on storage.
The current outer box design could be packed and dispatched and storage in flat, form to shape while packing.
