Description
This Mandrarossa Cavadiserpe is a wonderful combination of Merlot, Nero d'Avola and Alicante Bouschet. Its nose offers fruit-led fragrances reminiscent of forest fruits and cherry jam. The red wine is also aged for 10 to 12 months in French barriques to attain refined quality.
- Grape varietal: 50% Merlot, 25% Nero d'Avola and 25% Alicante Bouschet.
- Alcohol content: 14%.
- Color: deep red which is very attractive.
- Palate: whiffs of French oak derived toastiness, and an appealing, well-orchestrated and very long lingering finish.
