our product is a red Sangiovese Biodynamic wine, 100% from Sangiovese grapes . the wine does not undergo any treatment using synthetic products and does not take any corrective shortcuts in winemaking. it is no filtered in order not to diminish the tissue of the wine.

the fermentation of the wine is obtained without the addition of external yeasts. the wine does not undergo filtration or pressing in order to conserve its essential qualities and its aulphur content is very low.

after carefully tasting, we select and bottle only the best wine.
