- Maravides Atilano Garcia Tempranillo & Cabernet S.: 87% Tempranillo 13% Cabernet S.
- Fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 8.000 litres at controlled temperature.
- Spontaneous malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak vats with a capacity of 8.000 litres and in 300 & 225 litres American oak barrels.
- Aged in bottle for a minimum of 3 months.
- Ideal with semi-cured cheeses, mushrooms, white and red meats.
