- Maravides Mediterráneo: 100% Tempranillo
- Spontaneous malolactic fermentation occurs in French oak vats with capacity of 8.000 litres and in 300 & 225 American oak barrels.
- Aged for 6 months in French oak vats with a capacity of 8.000 litres and in 300 & 225 litres American oak barrels.
- Aged for a minimum of 3 months.
- Ideal with cured cheeses, mushrooms, white and red meats.
