●We use a rich, flavorful broth made from a blend of four carefully selected domestically produced types of fish (bonito flakes, dried soba flakes, mackerel flakes, and horse mackerel flakes), which will give your dishes a delicious finish with the flavor of the broth.
●The mix of fish has been revised to make the flavor of the broth easier to taste.
●In order to bring out the aroma of the broth, we have changed the concentration from 5 times to 4 times. (For dipping sauce for noodles, dilute with 1 part of this product and 3 parts of water, and for kettle sauce for noodles, dilute with 1 part of this product and 5 parts of water.)
●We have developed a unique soy sauce for the broth, which makes it easier to taste the flavor of the broth even in the aftertaste.
