- Compact and affordable: at a fraction of the cost of standard inverted laboratory microscopes, the mini-microscope is portable and lightweight, it is small footprint takes up less than 292 mm of space, and is versatile to support multiple imaging roles in your laboratory or classroom.
- Modular with your choice of accessories to meet the needs of your applications: cells and tissue can be viewed and imaged in standard petri dishes, flasks, slides, and well plates, and Nanopoint’s cellTRAY® dishes.
- The optional software and scientific-grade camera adds an additional 10x digital zoom to the standard 0.71x to 4.5x variable optical zoom range.
- Nanopoint’s proprietary software for the scientific camera gives the user the option of capturing and storing snapshots, automated time-lapse snapshots, and video in standard TIFF, JPG, BMP, and AVI file formats.
- The optional mechanical stage can be moved in the XY direction while maintaining the focal plane and achieving fine tuning of the focus.
- Budget-sensitive options: we offer an excellent camera for budget-constrained academic institutions, a reasonably-priced upgrade path from the base inverted platform to a mechanical stage inverted platform, and an infrared imaging add-on.
