Our Praxis Pinot Noir abounds with beautiful aromas and flavours whilst the tannins and acid are light and fine. Its perfume is of bright summer berries, vanilla bean, dusty cobblestones and toasted nuts. This flavoursome collage of mingled berries is framed in fragrant new oak. With just six months in French oak and a young release, the flavours and aromas are fresh and best enjoyed young or cellared for the short term.
