Kolympari SA Organic Olive Oils

The Kolympari SA Organic is an extra virgin olive oil with excellent quality and organoleptic characteristics. It comes for certificated organic olive growing from the region of Kolymvari, always selected the best fruit for the export of high quality olive oil. Produced by cold pressing and bottled in modern facilities strictly following international standards EN ISO 22000:2005 to ensure top quality. It’s a product with very low acidity, fruity taste and fresh aroma.

All Kolymvari olive oils come from the Michelakis Family groves where the olive trees with their lustrous green and silver leaves stand peacefully overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in Crete. At the Michelakis family groves, using traditional harvesting methods for optimum quality and flavour, and being environmentally conscientious, the selected Koroneiki variety olives are hand-picked under pristine conditions. The olive fruit is then brought to the Michelakis family mill where it is mechanically cold pressed producing this superior category olive oil.
