This Pinot Noir 2007 shows a deep and dark ruby color. The developing nose shows notes of juicy red fruits like raspberries, cherries, plums and pomegranates. The flavor highlights earthy notes of roasted beets and black teas along with cinnamon. This Pinot Noir pairs beautifully with truffles and Asian spices.
