A vibrant, full-bodied dry red wine, vintaged entirely from Gralyn 'old vine' Cabernet Sauvignon planted in 1975. Deep purple-crimson in colour, with red fruit aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and strawberry, with cedary oak and spice in the background. The palate is intensely flavoured and well structured, with fine savoury tannins supporting a long, persistent finish. May be enjoyed as a young wine or cellared for a decade. Rated 96/100.
