    Description
    This Rosso di Montepulciano DOC undergoes a long maturation period of 3 months in Slavonic oak barrels, followed by 6 months of refinement in the bottle. The bright ruby red color with lovely violet hues is lovely and alluring. This bottled red wine serves best from 16-18 degrees Celsius.
    • Grape varietal: Prugnolo Gentile, Canaiolo.
    • Vinification: controlled temperature fermentation followed by maceration on the skins for 8-10 days.
    • Bouquet: full and persistent, with characteristic notes of red berry fruits and light notes of brushwood.
    • Flavor: full and intense, well balanced with a pleasing tannic finish typical of the principal grape variety from which it is produced.
    • Ideal serving temperature:
    • Food paring: red meats and medium-seasoned cheeses.
