We special in design and supply round lid and base box products.

-Design and Preparation: Define the lid and base box dimension, shape;

-Printing and decoration: CMYK digital printing / traditional offset printing;

-Material Selection: 1.5-3mm thick Cardboard / paperboard / 128gsm-157gsm coated laminated;

-Lid & Base Production: Create die-cut templates and the box structure, Scoring and cutting with fit;

-Special Finishing:  Foil stamping, or embossing, Spot UV ;

-Assembling: Fold and glue the sides to the lid structure / Reinforcement layers or inserts (e.g. foam core);

-Decoration: Add ribbons, bows, stickers;

-Quality Control: Inspect structural integrity, printing colors, lamination;

-Packing: Inner plastic bag each box / Carton;

-Delivery: Ex-factory work.
